The application will also integrate a payment gateway and an avenue for local entrepreneurs to market their products. Kumparan Pratama Jiwa dan DTI will closely monitor and verify all products and services on this platform. As a result, the products and services will become more trustworthy, which will lead to a higher level of sales and revenue. This initiative is to unlock the innovation potential by enabling collaboration between all stakeholders of the smart tourism ecosystem to co-create enriched experiences with the help of the key enabling technologies from Industry 4.0
